Jitendra Yadav
MBA — Finance & Operation Management
Jitendra Yadav founded Dhanshree Prefab Structure Private Limited in April 2021 with a simple conviction — that Indian industry deserves steel buildings delivered on time, at a fair price, and built to last. What began as a single fabrication unit in Ghaziabad has grown into a full turnkey operation serving clients across Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
With an MBA in Finance & Operation Management, he leads the company’s commercial strategy, costing and procurement — the disciplines that let Dhanshree quote competitively without compromising on material grade. He remains personally involved in every major project sanction, and holds the team to the promise the company was built on: you think, we build.

Keshav Kumar
Structural Engineering & Project Execution
Keshav Kumar is a co-founding director of Dhanshree Prefab Structure Private Limited and the engineering half of its leadership. Where the commercial side of the business ends, his begins — he reads every drawing before it reaches the shop floor and spots the detail that would cost a client later.
Today he owns design, fabrication and site execution: pre-engineered buildings, industrial sheds, godowns, cold storages and mezzanine structures. He leads the engineering and erection teams, signs off on material quality before it leaves the plant, and is usually on site for the first bay of every build.
